Position: Sales and Services Coordinator

Classification: Full Time Hourly

Reports To: Sales and Service Manager
Hours: Primarily Day Shift, but may include mornings, evenings, and weekends

Lenawee Christian Ministries provides a Christ-centered education, spiritual development, and wellness services to the Lenawee County community, centered around Jesus Christ. 

 

Position Summary:

The Christian Family Centre exists to glorify Jesus Christ by supporting the physical, spiritual, and social wellness of our communities. We are currently seeking a dedicated individual who shares this vision to join our team. As the Sales and Guest Services Coordinator, your role is crucial in providing friendly, God-honoring customer service and meeting sales goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and Support Member and Guest Service Associates.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to enhance service delivery.

  • Work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude in all interactions.

  • Master and effectively communicate information about The Centre's programs, services, and events to enhance the customer experience.

  • Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members to promote membership benefits and facilities.

  • Conduct follow up phone calls and/or emails to prospective members and new guests.

  • Conduct lifecycle calls to existing members to gain understanding of how they are using their membership and make recommendations ideal for them to improve engagement.

  • Complete general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and reporting.

  • Create and assign shifts for Member and Guest Service Associates.

  • Assist Sales & Service Manager with any delegated responsibilities

  • Serve as the supervisor on duty as required.

 

Qualifications:

  • Christian Faith:

    • Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

    • Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience preferred.

  • Exceptional communication abilities.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.

  • Must be comfortable with conducting sales calls to existing and prospective members.

  • Must be comfortable with face-to-face communication with existing and prospective members.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to take initiative.

  • Ability to type accurately, quickly, and efficiently.

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer software.

  • Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, and weekends.

  • CPR/First Aid/AED certification or the ability to acquire certification.
