Auction Coordinator

Position: Auction Coordinator

Classification: Part-time; January 6, 2025-March 28, 2025

Reports to: Director of Advancement

General Description:

The Auction Coordinator will be gifted in the ability to manage event details, mailings, volunteers, and data; while positively representing the Office of Advancement and Lenawee Christian School.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with Annual Auction Fundraising Event; including but not limited to-

o Communication to LCS staff & volunteers

o Coordination of silent auction items

o Knowledge/ability to learn auction software

o Event décor and details

o General event planning as needed

o Occasional interaction with major donors

Qualifications:

· Christian Faith:

  • Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

  • Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.

· Educational Background/Experience:

  • Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office with experience in Excel

  • Highly skilled in written and oral communications

  • A history of delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented

  • Creative and able to cast/see vision

  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

  • Event planning experience

  • Agreement with Lenawee Christian School’s statement of faith
