Auction Coordinator
Position: Auction Coordinator
Classification: Part-time; January 6, 2025-March 28, 2025
Reports to: Director of Advancement
General Description:
The Auction Coordinator will be gifted in the ability to manage event details, mailings, volunteers, and data; while positively representing the Office of Advancement and Lenawee Christian School.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with Annual Auction Fundraising Event; including but not limited to-
o Communication to LCS staff & volunteers
o Coordination of silent auction items
o Knowledge/ability to learn auction software
o Event décor and details
o General event planning as needed
o Occasional interaction with major donors
Qualifications:
· Christian Faith:
Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.
· Educational Background/Experience:
Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office with experience in Excel
Highly skilled in written and oral communications
A history of delivering projects on time and within budget
Highly organized and extremely detail oriented
Creative and able to cast/see vision
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Event planning experience
Agreement with Lenawee Christian School’s statement of faith
