Position: Sales & Service Manager

Classification: Full Time Salary Exempt

Reports To: Centre Director

About Us:

Lenawee Christian Ministries provides a Christ-centered education, spiritual development, and wellness services to the Lenawee County community, centered around Jesus Christ. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Centre Director to develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Lead the customer service and sales associates to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience by maintaining a positive and encouraging attitude in all interactions.

  • Master and effectively communicate information about The Centre's programs, services, and events to enhance the customer experience. Identify member and guest needs through dialogue and recommend appropriate services, programs, and events to support their personal wellness goals.

  • Generate, capture, and follow up with leads and opportunities to drive sales growth.

  • Promptly and effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Manage the membership database and billing ensuring payment while maintaining data integrity and accuracy.

  • Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members to promote membership benefits and facilities.

  • Conduct sales calls to existing and prospective members to follow up on membership renewals and interest in service offerings.

  • Assist with delegated responsibilities to support overall team objectives.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to enhance service delivery.

  • Supporting marketing efforts to promote The Centre's offerings and events.

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Christian Faith:

    • Profess and demonstrate a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.

    • Adherence to Christian principles and values in both personal and professional life.

  • Educational Background/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in business or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 3-5 Years of prior Sales/Marketing leadership experience preferred.

  • Prior social media experience preferred.
